Any of you guys used the Labrada lean body training method? Basically pretty simple- 2days weights/1day cardio-repeat. 2 exercises per bodypart- 3 sets per exercise. Heavy and simple. No more than 15 minutes per bodypart. I like Labrada, he seems like a pretty honest guy and his methods seem sound. Pretty much he old skool training method- anyone tried this? It is sort of Body For Life for people wanting to go to the next step.
