Thanks to all the stuff I've learned through you all, I've become the "Nutritional Badass" at my gym!
If I see someone who's new (...or if it's a female) , I'll approach them after working out (...and after drinking my whey shake, of course) and say "so, you're trying to ... .." and start a conversation about what kind of diet they should follow. I'll tell them the best sources of fat, carbs, etc. They love me! I hav people coming up to me for cutting advice, fat loss advice, even bulking advice (...and I'm not even that big!). It feels awesome.
So, I just wanted to share that and ask if anyone else has been in the same shoes as me. If so, please share.
