Theres no real point to this thread, I just had to say I have such an appreciation for power lifting excercises, like squats and deadlifts. I have never done anthing more mentally and physically demanding than a 20 rep set of squats or deads. I get so much bigger around the ribcage because of them, it makes me look massive. I spend half the time working out compared to my friends and I'm still bigger than them. No wonder powerlifters are so big! I'm not bothered that squats make my ass bigger either, I think I look better for it, maybe one day it may bother me but not yet. Has anyone tried front squats? They are fucking great for your lower quads!
