No significant updates fellas.
Straight onto 3.3IU and I'm experiencing slightly better sleep and a fair amount of water retention. I'm up almost 3kg whilst I've been in a calorie deficit, so it's definitely water.
My blood pressure is fine, I have no cramping and no signs of carpal tunnel, so I'm not worried about the water.
I will encourage coach to put me onto 5IU as I have enough to take me to the wedding.
Other gear - 250 test/100 mast, plus the handful of supps I take daily. L-carn, cialis, and telmi daily as well.
Food is sitting around 2200cal/day.
