Definitely growing with the extra food. Deload week has started, I'm making coaches life difficult as in ~6 weeks I get my tux fitted and then I have ~6 weeks until the wedding.

So we are working out a plan but will likely pretty much hold at maintenance for most of it and just tighten everything up.

Minor decrease to PEDs (275 test / 175 mast) as we are reducing food.

@CL1 another Xcellent update! that is what we like to see big back pose! deload week is going to be smart to give the body a break

This is a beautiful job. Your back shot. Looks like a true champion. look forward to seeing how you structure your workouts for your deload @CL1
