Well boys,
No way to say it other than I fucked up my deload and ate like a fat fuck. Pretty disappointed in myself and disappointed that I let my coach down.
Not as an excuse but part of why I overrate was I came across some "healthy" recipes for things me and my fiance haven't eaten in a while - brownies and ice cream. Made them, ate all of them, made them again, ate all of them again.
Sure they're healthy, but not when you eat the whole tray. And I think the fake sugar caused some extra bloating.
They were good though
Only one thing to do and thats get back on track. I get blood drawn today and back to training tomorrow. Very keen to get back in the gym, and to start a deficit to get some of those lines back.
