In other news, this 12 week transformation won a competition on another forum, which has resulted in an epic giveaway from some other vendors, specifically:
200iu of hgh from @Raptor Labs
100iu of hgh from @UGL OZ
3x sust anon, anavar, anadrol, and clen from RM and @UGL OZ (may not be on here).

What this means for now, is that I can add in 3.3iu of hgh for the first time ever.
Added it on Monday, no sides, but my bodyweight has gone up 2.5kg.

Excited to see what happens.

Training is good. We are still in a decent deficit so not breaking any boundaries.
Still training 5x per week. Unfortunately the very nice gym I was going to that was empty and loaded with prime machines closed down, so I'm back to a normal commercial gym. Coach has been a massive help in finding suitable replacements.

Big shoutout to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for supplying me with this goodness. Making me and my fiances cuts much more comfortable

No significant updates fellas.
Straight onto 3.3IU and I'm experiencing slightly better sleep and a fair amount of water retention. I'm up almost 3kg whilst I've been in a calorie deficit, so it's definitely water.

My blood pressure is fine, I have no cramping and no signs of carpal tunnel, so I'm not worried about the water.

I will encourage coach to put me onto 5IU as I have enough to take me to the wedding.


Other gear - 250 test/100 mast, plus the handful of supps I take daily. L-carn, cialis, and telmi daily as well.


Food is sitting around 2200cal/day.

Pic of a fairly common dinner - a fuck load of coleslaw mix with fat and sugar free dressing, and some grilled chicken.
