Absolutely I did. But my mind has changed so much now it doesn't take long for me to regret it because I missed training, missed my macros etc.
A little bit sad.

Training is good. We are still in a decent deficit so not breaking any boundaries.
Still training 5x per week. Unfortunately the very nice gym I was going to that was empty and loaded with prime machines closed down, so I'm back to a normal commercial gym. Coach has been a massive help in finding suitable replacements.

Big shoutout to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for supplying me with this goodness. Making me and my fiances cuts much more comfortable

Get more here than irl.

Check in with the boss last week was as expected - back to a fairly aggressive cut for the next few weeks to trim up for a suit fitting.

Also PEDs knocked back to 250 test 100 mast courtesy of @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals

Marlu pharma also graciously sent me some slu which I will run for this cut.

Anyway, here's a 12 week progress side by side. 92kg in the first pic, 91kg in the second.

Certainly cannot complain.

In other news, this 12 week transformation won a competition on another forum, which has resulted in an epic giveaway from some other vendors, specifically:
200iu of hgh from @Raptor Labs
100iu of hgh from @UGL OZ
3x sust anon, anavar, anadrol, and clen from RM and @UGL OZ (may not be on here).

What this means for now, is that I can add in 3.3iu of hgh for the first time ever.
Added it on Monday, no sides, but my bodyweight has gone up 2.5kg.

Excited to see what happens.
