Test Only Cycle__ Advice , Suggestion, improvemet on Current Diet

Hey Guys,

Currently On my first Test-only 300mg /week cycle. Needed some some Critique, Advice, Suggestions, Or anything that could get improved. Im working on eating more clean calories without feeling like a stuffed Pig

5’8”

I would lose the hot dogs, milk, and bread and replace it with better food sources IMO. That stuff is not clean good at all.

Milk is lactose (sugar) and bread is a terrible carb source. Hot dogs are just shitty all the way around. High fat and low protein.

the Toasts are 100 wheat, and the Hot dogs are from organic Grass Fed Beef (Apple gate Farms) . Should i Still Ditch Them? any suggestion for Replacement foots. ? Preferably something that's easy to prepare/ Cook.
Also are My calories good or should i Bump it Up?
 
Yes still ditch them it's terrible! Add chicken Brest brown rice sweet potatoes ect...so when u wake up your just having 1/2 cup oats why? Where's the protein???
