7am- 15egss (only 1 or 2 whole egg) with 3 pcs whole wheat bread and some peanut butter on
9.30am- 250gr chicken/100gr rice
12pm- 250gr beef cubes/100gr rice
2.30pm- 250gr chicken/100gr rice
5pm- 250gr beef cubes/100gr rice
7pm - 8pm at the gym
post workout 2 scoop optimum whey
9pm- 300gr tilapia fish/100gr rice
11.30pm 1 scoop casein protein
training:
monday- leg
tuesday-chest
wednesday-arm
thursday- shoulder
friday- leg
saturday- back
sunday- rest
supps are ; weight gainer, whey, casein, bcaa, glutamine, nox, inta workout, creatine, multivitamins, and zma. every meal includes the steamed veggies like brocolli etc.
so its about 500gr protein, 600-700gr carbs, no junks/cheating so fat comes only from foods.

cutting diet will be same amount of protein , with only 2 times carbs at before/after workout meals
