I started the same amount like 5 1/2 weeks ago.....
I weighed about 193 lbs to start.
I *thought* I felt something during weeks 1-2, but frankly, now looking back in hindsight, it was probably like 80% my imagination.
Actually week 3 is when I really started to feel something, and the gains really started. By this I mean DURING the third week (like days 14-21 aftre the first shot).
weeks 3 and 4 it come on more and more. Sensation sort of levels off after week 4 ends ....
I am 5 1/2 weeks in, and have gained like 14 lbs so far. Not much water (watching my diet, taking a bit of Novaldex). My big problem is that I got SO into it, I have overtrained massively.
I am not taking some time off from lifting. Mayeb up to a week.
You may FELL like Superman, but you are still human, so dont get TOO ridiculous when work out.
