for fridays work out i did:

flat - 8x15
pulldown behind neck - 8x15

nothin weird yet....

then was supposed to do:

skullcrushers - 5x5
cheat curl - 5x5....

well, i did 2 warm up sets for skullcrushers, then i did my first set of the 5x5 (135) and it was hard as fuck, which is weird.. cuz its not supposed to be.. so i said ill quit and do cheat curls...

so i did cheat curls 5x5 (135) still nothin weird...

i still had a bit of drive left so i went back to skulls...

and i did 5x5 with 135 and it felts like garbage for the first 3 sets,
the 4th set gettin hard, 5th set i felt it...

WTF happened.... why did i get stronger at the end??
Why was it easier?? anybody ever have this happen before?

i need input..
 
That is typical for me. It takes me a few sets to get in the zone. Sometimes my last couple of sets are the strongest. I Go to exhaustion but I am usually pyrimiding my weight upwards. For some reason, as I loosen up and get some blood in the muscle I get stronger!
