I need to work my chest out. I have some manboobs and the muscle n top just isnt supporting the fat or something.
I try to bench and I can never bench for crap. My arms are so long that when I try and push back up its a ridiculous amount of force against my bent arms.
I dont want to cheat myself, so what is the best way for me to do this as a 6 foot 5 guy.
