I need to work my chest out. I have some manboobs and the muscle n top just isnt supporting the fat or something.

I try to bench and I can never bench for crap. My arms are so long that when I try and push back up its a ridiculous amount of force against my bent arms.

I dont want to cheat myself, so what is the best way for me to do this as a 6 foot 5 guy.
 
Id run forma stanzol to tighten your chest up, i plan on doing just that soon. Lifting wise id say keep working your chest but mix it up, some super set stuff some max effort stuff some high reps stuff

I would suggest this for a lagging chest bro;
Dips, keep your head on your chest, legs strait and out in front of you.
Flat bench. This is the prime builder. If your not good at it do it till you are bro!
Incline bench same as above but number 2.
Reps 10-12 for each, 3 sets min, can go to 4.
Of course Squats and Dls too bro.
If you need help with your diet pm RADAR, he is that good bro!
Maybe consider some Primo if you are a cal restricted diet.

i am tall myself,at 6'5" and ive been in training with a powerlifter who is 6'10 and he has helped me alot,i use alot of non-conventianol excrcises,i do db floor presses,bb floor presses,and pyramid training and it has helped my chest growth alot,also i do board presses,plus i switch up at least once a month,i lift heavy for 3weeks and then on the 4th i deload and ive found that his helps with strength and recovery and helps me on my next routine
