Personally, I like cottage cheese. Usually sprinkle some on my eggs. I've even eaten it with brocolli, I know it sounds gross but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes lol
I think cottage cheese, grilled chicken, and cholula are awesome together. Also whole grain pasta, spinach, garlic, and cottage cheese are good together when bulking.
If you want to eat cottage cheese and you really hate it... well, first of all there are other options
But you can try to put in some sugar free jell-o powder for a late night feeding without the extra carbs from fruit or veggies.
Or load it with splenda and cinnamon
