Yeah, I'm getting better! Got through yesterday in the low-1500 range and was just fine. It's all about finding the way to cut those 100 calories without feeling starved.florencia said:I know what you mean! And let me just say... this is where I started to die. I tried and tried to get onto fitday in the restaurant and plug my food in BEFORE eating to assure I'd get a night snack... but I couldn't. So I ate... then plugged at home... and then realized I had ZERO room for a snack.
I literally laid on the floor and whined because I was STARVING. Hahahaha.
So.....what I have doone is type three meals from fiday...so whenever I am away or with no internet access...I know what to order...Not that the ingredients change much...

I think the biggest key for me now is to change my ISO shakes from 3 scoops back down to 2 scoops a piece. Originally I needed the 3 scoops to assure I was making 50% protein (or close to it) every day... but now I eat so much more carefully that I don't need powder insurance. Doin' just fine with the food I'm eating.
Really frustrated today. Did my walk, 4 miles, and it was cooler out so I would have liked to do more, but I was up super early to get it done before a doctor's appointment.
I got so lost on the way there... and my Magellan wasn't working... that I missed the appointment... and now I have to wait to go back. It's the girlie dr -- so as most of you know, it's all about the right timing... and it looks like I waited 3 weeks for today for nothin'... and now I have to wait another couple weeks (b/c next week... er... won't be allowed).
And did I tell you guys I'm not getting into my apartment til August 7th now? Yeah, starting a new job and moving all on a Monday. That'll be fun.
Why doesn't anything go right for me the first time? I'm cursed.
