I know ALR says after the initial growth period to do the SEO for another 6-8 months at 2-3 ml's per muscle, per week for more permanent results. Which makes sense to me, due to the body's desire for homeostasis.

DAY 23

okay so i measured my arms this morning and now there 18.3inches, and no i havent measured them wrong, there size is fluctuating and i cant figure out WHY THE FUK?

so today out fo anger i took it up a notch coz im PISSED with my results

needle: 1 inch, 25g

injections, 6ml into each muscle head, split into two seperate 3ml injections, YES THATS 20 FUKIN INJECTIONS TODAY

Notes: now my arms fuking hurt,

apart from the 20 injections, i also happened to hit 7 nerves, 1 in the outer left bicep, 1 on the inner left bicep. 2 in the outer left tricep, 1 in the outer right tricep, 2 in the lower left inner tricep and FML it hurts wen u hit the nerves and ur arm flexes

the biceps was the worst, i hit the inner bicep nerve and my fingers started twitching and i couldnt stop them from flinching around while my girlfriend pushed the syntherol into my arm

to make things worse wen my gf was injecting me with the synthol she DROPPED the fukin needle and it pricked me in the back of the shoulder n got wedged in it

FML it hurt, wanted to knock my girlfriend out but i stayed calm, giggled and told her to pull the needle out of my shoulder n change it over into a new needle

im also starting to develop scar tissue on my bottom inner triceps, which i was expecting coz there such a small fukin muscle with minimal locations to inject,

you can always tell scar tissue when that needle goes in then stops n needs to be pushed in hard, fml it makes a injection painful

will measure arms tomorow, if they havent grown im going to be fukin ANGRY RAAAAAAAAa

GEAR: starting to feel my tren kicking in, listening to disturbed, slipknot, linkin park, metalica, mudvaynne etc at gym has never felt so awesome and RAAAAAAAAAaa

and of course nwo i occasionaly roar in my car or scream out loud in aggression,

SIDES: im coping the tren cough hard this time, also insomnia is starting to become a problem, lukily im on holidays so if i dont sleep it doesnt matter since i can sleep in most days

the onyl issue im having is with the girlfriend, all she seem to wanna do is fight atm, you sees me cough n starts complaining n getting upset etc

shes currently pinning you injection 12 in your inner biceps and your trying not to cough (tren cough) coz itll make the needle wiggle and cause more pain

and now your both argueing over having sex coz she wants to, and you dont becoz itll ruin ur gym workout, and shes starting to yell and that needle is starting to wiggle and your starting to cough

then you role over for the tricep shot, and wen she tried to pull the cap off the 25g needle it slips out of her hand and the needle goes straight into the back of your shoulder

and you just scream and roar into the bed mattress coz your so angry and i pain from your swollen arms and girlfriend who cant hold a fukin needle

o man, ill be honest, never in my life did i see this happening

By the way, I am the opposite when it comes to my girlfriend injecting me. I always inject myself, and am teaching my girlfriend and trying to build up the faith in her so that she can do it for me. You must really trust her...

slow and steady bro. Of course your arm size will fluctuate a bit, you're absorbing and injecting oil into them. Don't push it too much or you will see those lumps/deformities. Just stick to the plan. Maybe you shouldn't be measuring so often, and you won't be so frustrated!

Arms measurements fluctuations I think cause by after injection swelling.If you measure your arms after injections it will be bigger due to swelling its normal.
For precise measurement do it right before your injection protocol.
Anyway your synthol is fucking expensive I remember I got mine about $210 for 3 bottles of syntherol I got buy 2 get 1 free gotta look for abetter deal brah

I know i know fuck all and ur log is awesome but like CEO is saying take it slow ur arms grew fast in the first few weeks now they slowing down its like everything, and like ive read a hundred times here "more is not always better" & "Slow and steady wins the race". Im sure at the end of ur entire log/cycle you will be pleased. Good luck very interesting
