WELL ITS TIME
first LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT, i dont want 1 DUM comment like: sytherol is dangerous, OR 1 dum comment like syntherol is cheating,
it is clear to me that if you have either of these opinions or others that are negative then you clearly have no idea wtf your talking about, or you have no idea about the substance use in modern bodybuilding
secondly is any dum comment about blasting an cruising being dangerous, i am aware of the risks and have taken that into account, so please lets save those comments for someone who gives a shit
now thats clear, lets begin for those who are interested and are here to learn like me
THIS WILL BE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE with syntherol
for those who have any questions, helpful suggestions or discussion to this topic FEEL FREE TO POST and ill happily discuss and consider what you have to say
im doing this LOG PURELY becoz of the lack of information about syntherol and the lack of any peoples experience in this substance, im here to help educate and give guidance to any person in the future who might consider using this substance
i am not here to encourage syntherol use, nor reccomened it, this is for those who like me have acheieved a physique far beyond wat they couldve achieved naturaly, but thanks to genetics theres certain bodyparts that will never develop for us or allow us to compete in competetive bodybuilding
Okay
so heres a little about me
best shape ive been in 236 pounds, 9-10%bf (end of my last blast)
im currently 5'10, 234 pounds, 10-11%bf (cruising on 300mg test cyp)
i currently am cruising on 300mg testerone cypionate
(i dont do PCT or come off gear)
i follow a blast and cruise protocol
some current lifts
incline bench press 405X1
deadlift 660X1
flat bench press 375X2
dumbell curl 60X9
one legged hamstring curl 140X6
standing calve raise 720X8
45 degree leg press i max out, so 2000 pounds and more
squat machine 600X6 (i use machines due to ligament damage in my knees)
lat pull down 380X6
v bar pull downs 405X5
cable row wide grip 375X8
cable row v bar grip 400X6
so heres the plan
THE SYNTHEROL
using 27g, 1/2inch pins, 3ml syringes
FIRST 10 days
i will be injecting 1ml into both heads of the biceps ED
injecting 1 and 1/2ml into the top tricep head and 1ml into the lower head ED
injecting 1 and 1/2ml into the outer tricep head EOD
NEXT 10 days
injecting 2ml into each head of the bicep ED
injecting 2 and 1/2ml into top inner head of the tricep, 1ml into bottom inner head of tricep ED
injecting 2 and 1/2ml into the outer head of the tricep EOD
following 10 days
3ml into each head of the bicep ED
3ml into top inner tricep head, 3ml into lower inner tricep head ED
3ml into outer tricep head EOD
now ill explain,
biceps are following a protocol given to me from research from another forum by a mod named 'big A'
the tricep protocol is similar to BIG A, however i have adjusted slightly since the outer head of the tricep requires less injectins commanly then the inner heads since it generally does not lack behind like the inner triceps, as in my case
THE CYCLE
testerone cypionate 400mg weekly, weeks 1-10
trenbelone ethanthate 600mg weekly, weeks 1-10
NPP 25mg EOD, weeks 1-10
letrozole .3mg EOD estimated (will be adjusted according to how i bloat)
reasons
NPP dose is purely for joint relief, im not looking for a big muscle building effect from it
testerone cyp 400mg for abit of a boost and i find i dont bloat much from it
treneblone eth, my favourite anabolic and the key to me putting on the size this cycle and looking rock solid and lean, and the onyl anabolic that makes my arms actually grow
I WILL START MY CYCLE 6 days into my syntherol run
I WILL BE POSTING PICS OF MY ARMS IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS,
and then at the end of my sytherol run
and then at the end of my cycle
and then 1-2months into cruising to evaluate keep ability of gains

My Goals
im hoping to reach 245 pounds, and bring my arms up to 19 and half inches
THE DIET
im not going to outline my exact diet,
i will be bascialy eating 8-9 meals a day,
total calories will be close to 5500-6000,
being 350 grams protein, 800 carbs, and the rest fats
The training
3 day split
chest, forearms, abs, triceps, shoulders
back, biceps
rest
legs, calves
rest
REPEAT
my workouts always change, therefore im not setting out a program

I really? You want to say that to my face right now?
Because sytherol is dumb and its retarded. If you want to get a little extra peak on a muscle for something like a comp or anything. then there is much safer methods. only a complete fucking dumb ass would use sytherol. end of discussion.
