Bro this log is amazing. I fully agree about the personnal aspect too for any of the guyz that are considering getting into the game. That part about your and the gf fighting is a real eye opener. Having sex with a girl before a workout isn't gonna hurt the workout ESPECIALLY when you are loaded up on aas. Don't be a fag and lay into her and go to the gym with a smile on your face!:D

IMHO, I think you would be better focusing on yoking up, eating more and building up to like 265-275 solid pounds. I bet you'd have 19" guns at that size. I don't know if you know this, but arm size for a great majority of people is pretty closely related to your overall weight and mass. Keep in mind too that many pro's in the off season are like 300 or more fucking pounds in the off season and they are cutting down.

I feel you would be better served building up to a pretty solid 265-275lbs or going mass heavy as fuck up to like 285+ and then cut it down carefully. Money says you come out of it bigger overall with bigger arms.

Just my opinion man. I couldn't handle all that pinning nor would I want to in the first place. I can understand the reason you want to, but at this point I think you would be better served just getting bigger in general.

okay arms measured today were 18.2inches, but still swollen like hell so im expecting them to go down more

trained legs today

great workout, strength was up across the board,

arms hurt a little but no where near asmuch

and i had sex before my workout :), twice to be exact

It sounds like you reached the max size you can this cycle. Don't be hung up on the 3". Some people get it or even more, usually when they start with large arms. Some though, only get 1/2" but that is extremelly rare. The average if 1.5" to 2" permanent.

Now, remember, you haven't added any muscle, you just stretched the fascia. So make sure you take advantage of that and you do everything by the book as far as muscle growth is concerned. At the 6 week mark (end of your maintanance) you will see how much permanent growth you got.

And like the other guy said, stop measuring daily as it will f#ck with your head.
 
How the maintenace goes bro? I guess the arm is not swallow anymore. Hope you will continue this interesting journal until the end of the cycle and get the final stats and conclusion.

UPDATE

been doing my maintaince phase 3ml in each muscle head once a week

ive actually found the mainiance phase the most annoying, mainly becoz ur over the injections, and then once a eek you gotta go do them all again and it just frustrates you, and of course i gotten listen to my gf complain while she injects me and i sit in pain

i also DROPPED my tren dose to 500mg a week, about 3 weeks ago, i was getting really bad and serious insomnia issues at 600mg and the sweats were becoming a little to much, so i decided to lower my dose and the sides have gone away, i still get 1 or 2 occasional nights of insomnia but nothing serious

on 600mg i was getting the worst insomnia, theres nothing worse then lying bed all night roaring with tren rage and watching the sun come up and beggining to scream in frustration and anger and then hearing ur little brothers morning alarm go off in his bedroom RAAAAA

my swelling has all gone down, and my arms feel hard again and not like soft cushions i could leave imprints in like i could before

my arm size has gone down aswell, hoever they are bigger then they use to be

i wont be giving measurments till after this cycle is over sinc i know if i measure its going to fuk with my head

my appetite has returned finally, had a couple of cool days and did a few days of dieting to get my hunger back so everything is going well again

I WILL POST UP PROGRESS PICS SOMETIME THIS WEEK

arm soreness has gone away and they dont feel liek there stretching anymore, the injection pain took about 2-3 days to go away, and the arm soreness from the synhol stretching took about a full week

my past few workouts have been real good, strenth has been solid
