Swolecats cheat day....

Very original response SC - You didnt ask a valid..........you critisized me for speaking out loud.........I know damn well, that if anyone knocks off a dozen KKs, AND their body is not accustomed to this torture, they will feel 300X worse than those donuts could ever taste.........I'm all up for a cheat day.....have a donut....have some cake.....have people read that it's cool to pound a dozen donuts and they will give it a shot.........Hey, It makes NO SENSE!


LOL.........I'm not spatting with you bro - just want to express my opoinion..........NEVER did I slam him or anyone else on this board....sometimes a comment like that is what it take for someone to realize there are alternative methods.........
 
Whether it is allegedly helping with the thyroid or not, no diet should in 12 KK donuts, sorry, 1 or 2 is fine on a cheat day. If your dieting, then diet, have a cheat meal or day, you know in the back of your head that an entire cheat day of donuts and pizza is not going to help, sorry but its not. :rolleyes:

As I've said B 4 "bruthas", to each his own.

Me personally, I CAN eat that in one day and suffer no ill effects.

I may not eat 12 donuts, but I'll eat 24 donuts worth (equivalent amount of pure shit) of other foods on my free day. The other 6 days of the week, I'm handlin' business in another state of mind. I can't be broken for 6 days, and the only person who can break me is myself on that 7th day. Once I'm free on the 7th day, may the festivities begin.

However, if you can't do that and get away with it, bummer, but you'd have your point.

Just to let everyone know..... 12 kk's is just the start of my debauchry on my cheat days. They also usually include a large buffalo chicken pizza, and a full rack of ribs. This isn't standard practice for Swole's diets and I don't think he condones my gluttony but he understands that I'm in it for a marathon and not a sprint. I also started at 251lbs >20% bf. I'm rocking 220lbs at around 11% in a little over 3 months. I'm handling mine and swole is orchestrating the master plan. For those of ya'll that hate, I can send ya picks of my fat ass at 251 for ya to kiss.
 
well, I guess all I can say is enjoy your donuts boys. It also depends on your body type though, I train with guys that have such a fast metabolism that they could probably get away with eating a couple donuts a day while cutting up and still get down in the lower single digit BF%. All I know is, with my bodytype, I have cut up using full blown cheat days once a week, and started last year cutting up without them and it made a huge difference. Mentally I dont have a problem staying with a strict diet 7 days a week, the cheat days actually fuck me up, I stay more focused without them, the cravings go away. But hey, if you cant stay strict 7 days per week, then I guess you cant stay strict 7 days per week. Enjoy your donuts.
 
My thought is I'm bustin ass 6 days a week. 12hrs of eatin shit a week isn't gonna set me back. It hasn't yet anyway.

Co-signer??? Please........just another bro speaking the truth.......hey, I could EAILY get away with cheating once a meal or even a full cheat day....but it's not worth it, mentally wise. Tell me how great you feel after a dozen KKs and all that pizza or whatever? Like shit? That's what I figured. I would MUCH rather eat a couple footlong chicken breast subs, or 3-4 cups of oatmeal with splenda, or a few detour bars, if I wanted to cheat..........but, donuts are complete trash and really serve no purpose. Sweet tooth? Pound some fat free pudding..........there are so many ways to satisfy that cravings, that I just don't see the point in taking 2 steps forward (6 days clean) and 1 step back.........when a nutrional cheat can sometimes put you 1/2 step forward...........
 
Again, as stated like 1 million times, it's what YOU as an individual can get away with. There really is no "right" or "wrong" when it comes to this type of thing.

Dead issue as far as I'm concerned.
