Ok Gents, i know you don't wanna have to coach another newb through such a simple subject but i turn to you for a reason.
I'm 32, 5'4" 155lbs @ 8%bf, working out since HS
I take in 3247cal/day of a highpro/lowcarb mix approx. 1.7gm of pro/lb
i lift in the mornings heavy (max for reps) at the beginning of the week to light (burners) by the end, then repeat
I also workout again in the afternoon with a cardio routine.
my workouts are a mix between lifting, HIIT/crossfit, mma training, and sprint/endurance drills.
i think i've done as much research as i can, and i've had the Sus for about a year because i've always found something conflicting.
I plan on running .5 or 1ccx2/wk for 8 weeks and running clomid for 3 weeks after my last injection.
this is my first cycle and i want to make sure i react properly.
what do you guys (needto, rickrock, etc.) think? am i wrong, did i miss something? I know low doses of this item is potentially wasting money, but i have it, so i want to use it correctly.
