When i re-enlisted in the army they gave me a book bag with a "trx" in it. Tried a couple exercises and it seems like it has potential. Any one else have any experiences or critique of these?
Also ive noticed some are really hard when you increase the angle greatly and with a 20lb weight vest im thinking i could get some good results.
