I'm wondering if this is a good routine or if i'm working too much and/or if my workouts or good enough recovery time?

Tuesday legs
Wednesday shoulder
Thursday back/bi
Friday chest/tri
Saturday legs
Week 2
Monday shoulders
Tuesday back/bi
Wednesday chest/tri
Thursday legs
Friday shoulders
Saturday back/bi
... then i just keep it going on a rotating cycle!
