suggestions on my workout

I'm wondering if this is a good routine or if i'm working too much and/or if my workouts or good enough recovery time?

Please advise...

5 minutes or cardio after each other

Week 1
Monday chest/tri
Tuesday legs
Wednesday shoulder
Thursday back/bi
Friday chest/tri
Saturday legs


Week 2
Monday shoulders
Tuesday back/bi
Wednesday chest/tri
Thursday legs
Friday shoulders
Saturday back/bi

... then i just keep it going on a rotating cycle!

You need more time to rest and recover from your workouts. Only train one muscle group once a week not twice this will lead you to overtrain. The way you have your split set up is good but you need more rest days.

Monday: Chest/Tri's
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders
Thursday: Off
Friday: Back/Bis
Saturtady: Off
Sunday: Off
 
I am a firm believer that you need at least 2 days off from the gym if not at least 3 days off.

It is hard to tell if you are doing too much without seeing what your set, rep, exercises, and intensity layout is.
