I'm having a hard time getting enough protein. Would it be okay to substitute one or more of my smaller meals with a protein shake.
I'm waiting on my Whey Isolate / Dextrose / Malto order to come in, and it would be nice if I could use that to offset the enourmous amount of food I feel like I'm eating.
