hack squats: 90x15, 90x15, 140x12, 190x10, 190x15, 190x15 right knee started hurting

leg press: 270x20, 360x15, 450x15, 450x15, 450x20 got a crazy pump and my cardio could barely handle that last set
Now that right there is some WORK!
seated leg curls: 90x20, 120x20, 135x15, 165x15, 165x12, 165x10
outstanding brother.
short and sweet. I puked after the leg curls so I called it a day. The pump was F-in CRAZY. will do some more hamstring stuff here in a few days. And I know I know WHERE THE SQUATS RIGHT? well honestly I feel them much too much in my glutes and its lookin like my ass may be getting too big. I always feel a better workout in the quads from just leg presses anyway.
