25 pounds is real nice any noticable fat gain?


not noticeable no, a little bit im sure since my cals have been higher but im still pretty cut. probably pretty close to where I was at bf wise when I started. which is probably right around 10%. I can see striations in my chest and shoulders, abs are still around too.
 
legs today

hack squats: 90x15, 90x15, 140x12, 190x10, 190x15, 190x15 right knee started hurting
leg press: 270x20, 360x15, 450x15, 450x15, 450x20 got a crazy pump and my cardio could barely handle that last set
seated leg curls: 90x20, 120x20, 135x15, 165x15, 165x12, 165x10

short and sweet. I puked after the leg curls so I called it a day. The pump was F-in CRAZY. will do some more hamstring stuff here in a few days. And I know I know WHERE THE SQUATS RIGHT? well honestly I feel them much too much in my glutes and its lookin like my ass may be getting too big. I always feel a better workout in the quads from just leg presses anyway.

all I got to say is, wait till I cut a bit and get a tan, Im looking to surprise even myself. Even if I dont win, I already won for myself :)

hack squats: 90x15, 90x15, 140x12, 190x10, 190x15, 190x15 right knee started hurtingGood and right decision here bro.

ok did shoulders and HAD A PR TODAY

d-bell shoulder press: 45x12, 65x12, 80x5, 80x10, 100x12(PR), 85x10 Felt like a F-IN BEAST
machine neutral grip shoulder press: 60x12, 80x12, 115x12, 135x10, 160x10 drop 115x12
superset lateral raises with reverse flys: 20x12-70x12
25x12-90x12
25x12-100x10
25x12-100x12

felt an awesome pump and felt pretty freakin strong. overall pretty good workout I think, hit my PR on shoulder presses. I could have went heavier maybe the 110's for a good 6 or 7. Shoulder was bothering me after first exercise but nothing too unmanageable. will try and get some videos up sometime next week
