stress pain or something anything I cant do.

Doing weighted dips with 50IB dumbell I feel fine all through the set, but as soon as I let my self down I get a pain my left trap area only on that side for some reason. Its not sharp its not dull, it feels like stress on it or something and it goes away within seconds. Every time though it happens and it hurts right after I finish dips.

I also get somewhat of the same pain when I do heavy benchpress this time the stress seems to be in and around my collar bone. Its only when I go abnormally heavy and it doesn't really hurt much at all its just that the dip one which concerns me feels the same only amplified in intensity. Again both pains start immediatly after I let the weight off of them and only for a few seconds.

Anything strength training I can do to alleiviate it?
Something I should worry about too much?
Is it just my body not quite keeping pace w/ my strength gains, and I it will fade with time so long as my gains don't outpace it more so?

I guess you can say it feels kinda of like Wrist pains some people get while curling when there forearms don't keep pace (use to have that prob no longer) however instead of happening during hte movement it happens after I release the weight, come to think of it, wristpain usually got more intense for a few secs after putting the weight down. Still though I don't feel a thing while actually doing the set only after when the stress on the area is gone.

Worry? Don't worry? Do something?
