I haven't gotten a chance to read all of it but man I'm loving what I see so far. Muscle you're a monster, love the discipline too! Love the diet haha we both eat like bears before hibernation. Sweet potato pancakes are the shit, I've only made a successful batch once but it was awesome.

I'm talking about your diet while I'm drinkin me third Dos Equis by the way :P

Extensions with those kind of weights are wrecking your knees bro...

Dude you take 180 up to 220 and then multiply that by a factor of 10. That is what the weight is on the back side of your patella. The weight bearing surface on the back side of your patella is roughly the size of a nickle.

Thats why leg extensions are bad bad bad for ALL knees. Besides that they really dont do much for anybody other then a lot of bad!

235 now? thats what like 10 lbs up? damn, i wish i put on weight like that fml lol...cyp should peak soon but you have at least a few weeks before the EQ does but its a wonderfull feeling when it does :evil:

Yup...up like 10-12 lbs or so, and just starting week #4, just pinned Cyp & EQ like 10 minutes ago, taking my Tbol and Prov too, and hitting chest in a couple hours after dropping off my daughter at school...can't wait for all of it to really kick in, but again just aside from a little lethargy and being tired later in the days, I feel really good. Thanks for checking in brotha...I will post up logs later in the day.

Thanks BB and Rick, means a lot to have everyone following and keeping me honest, there are many here that motivate me so if I can return the favor awesome! Time to get ready to go take my girl to school and kill chest/calves...have to go and get a compression sleeve for my elbow today, either my tendon or ligament at my elbow inside is bugging me a bit...see if that will help it out.
