Sometimes life happens bro, and the log gets put on the back burner. Its all good though, I know you are still killing shit and taking names!!

You know me too well bro...if I miss my gym time or a meal, my day gets worse...and yes life throws all kinds of curve balls, just have to be patient, have good family support base (here and home), and wait for that one pitch to crush the shit out of!

OFF…work strikes again!!! Although this is my last day for being on-call for a while.

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8), slept in today which was nice!

1:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, 6oz Greek Yogurt, and 1 Ezekiel muffin.

4:00 PM: 1 can White Albacore Tuna, 2 tbsp. Chili Corn Chowder, 1 tbsp. Wasabi Mayo, 2 Whole Grain Tortillas.

6:00 PM: 10 oz. Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice, 2 cups Mixed Green salad with tomato, cucumber, and mushrooms.

9:00 PM: N2 Bulk Shake (3 scoops), 10 oz. Almond Milk.

Mood/Feeling:

My day started out by going into work on a call, then spending the day with my daughter. I am just basically burnt out from working and need to take some time off. My mood was ok today, thank heaven for my little girl to keep daddy’s mood lifted. I have been getting tired towards the afternoon hours, to the point I want to lay down and take a nap…I would think the opposite being on, but maybe I am just in need of some sleep and rest.

Today was a nice treat because I was able to spend some time with my family at the beach in the afternoon!

My appetite hasn’t been the greatest as you can see…not even close to eating enough, so will have to pick that up this week for sure.

Sucked!!! Let’s just say I was pulled into some drama I didn’t need last night…and do not want to elaborate on it any further…but it was something that bothered me enough that I had no appetite, forced myself to the gym, and then spent several hours volunteering at my daughters school in her class and on the playground…needed to take my mind off of what I was dealing with. I hate drama, I hate when people pull me into it and I have no idea about the drama, but I guess I am the lucky one who got singled out!!! Anyway, spending the day focusing on my little girl helped yet once again…she is my savior lately. So enough with today…done with it!!!

Mood/Feeling:

Better today, strength is slowly increasing, and all muscle are tight and full. I was able to eat a little better today, drama still following me a bit…had to kind of force feed myself to get some calories down. Had to talk to a few brothers of mine to get through the shit I was dealing with…shit basically made me rethink some things in regards to my family and what is most important to me. It was also kind of nice today not to have to have an injection…the prop gets kind of annoying after a while lol…but I feel really good while on it, catch 22!

Today I felt ok, just the past few days right after I eat at 1 pm, I am hell of tired!! The afternoon at work just drags on, and just really sick of this drained feeling. Possibly just mixtures of hard work, emotions from the drama in the beginning of the week, the humid weather, or just tired! I left work an hour early today, came home and just chilled…fell asleep, woke up and ate…managed to stay awake for another hour to get a shake in me and hit the pillow. Still feeling the muscle tightness, recovery has been pretty easy, just waiting for all of this to really kick in and do its magic.

Mood/Feeling:

Tired…no energy, didn’t want to do a damn thing. I trained and went to work, but just wasn’t all there. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me at times, have a great life, family, and job/career, love training, been having quite a bit of sex with the wife…whenever I am on, it is game on!!! She knows this too and rises to the occasion…although I am on the computer tonight, so what does that tell you…night off!!!

I have been drinking plenty of water, and at the end of my fast I have a ton of energy…then I eat at 1 pm and tanked!!! SO obviously is the food and digestion, but that sucks because I have to eat and then I am dragging ass! Hopefully something changes here.

Mood/Feeling:

My day started out good, did a good are workout targeting more triceps since they haven’t been hit hard in a while due to my tendon/ligament in my left elbow…kind of a burning pain when aggravated. Was able to warm it up and train through…going to get one of those support sleeves for a while and have chiro look at it for me. Meanwhile ice and Ibuprofen! Didn’t eat that well today, just wasn’t hungry! We are just about finishing up week #3 and still have around 5 shots of prop left to take, then the Cyp should be kicking in, and EQ shortly thereafter. Can’t wait!!!

Well I was able to get on here and at least get the log updated to today...even though the week basically sucked for me. It is time to hit the pillow, going to train legs tomorrow morning!
