Mood/Feeling:
Tired…no energy, didn’t want to do a damn thing. I trained and went to work, but just wasn’t all there. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me at times, have a great life, family, and job/career, love training, been having quite a bit of sex with the wife…whenever I am on, it is game on!!! She knows this too and rises to the occasion…although I am on the computer tonight, so what does that tell you…night off!!!
I have been drinking plenty of water, and at the end of my fast I have a ton of energy…then I eat at 1 pm and tanked!!! SO obviously is the food and digestion, but that sucks because I have to eat and then I am dragging ass! Hopefully something changes here.
