So at the hospital with my mom this morning...she is having full hip replacement surgery and is in now, so here I am on the forum on my phone in the waiting room until surgery is over and she is safe in recovery. Had to have her here at 6 am this morning, so no gym as of yet...we will see how the day goes, but thinking later in the afternoon...but playing it by ear. I will post up my daily log later tonight...thanks again for all of my bros here following and keeping me motivated, it truly does make a difference!

Thanks guys...the surgery went well, she is in recovery so letting her rest...meanwhile gives me time to get some things done...thanks for the best wishes! Wouldn't be here if it wasn't for mom !
