Thanks for updating the log MA....makes for very good reading ! keep it up brother.

Thanks bro...yeah, will keep it up as diligently as I can...I am keeping up on it daily and saving it on a flash drive, just when I have time to post it up on the forums. Still have some tweaking to do but it is coming along, and I feel pretty damn good, aside for being tired later in the day.

Heading to the gym for some legs...check back later on.
 
Date: Saturday, 9-15-12

Supplements:

75mg Proviron (7:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…25mg each)
60mg Tbol (7:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…20mg each)

Training:

Legs

Extensions: (5x20,20,15,12,10, 100/130/160/180/220)
Lying Leg Curl: (4x20,15,12,10, 60/75/90/120)
Squats: (6x20,15,12,10,10,8, BAR/135/225/315/405/455)
Leg Press (feet together stance): (6x12, 665/755/845/935/1025/1115)
DB Sumo Squats: (4x12, 85/100/115/130)

That was 25 sets for legs, and they were shaking when I was done…my training partner looked like he was going to hurl lol! I was pretty damn stoked doing 455 lb squats for 8 reps…it felt good feeling that weight pushing down on me wanting to crush me…fuck that!!! I owned that bar and plates…nice and parallel, knees were wrapped, belted, with a good spot…but it was all Muscle!!! Then hitting those Leg Presses after…I need to find a way to add more weight…put people up on the sled!

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)…trained fasted @ 8 am (slept in today)

12:00 PM: 6 egg whites w/6 oz Ground Turkey and fresh veggies (zucchini, broccoli, tomato, onions), 2 cups mixed fruit (apples, bananas, berries, melon, grapes), and 3 Sweet Potato pancakes!!! A grand breakfast after a harsh leg training!!!

3:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter.

6:00 PM: 10 oz. Sirloin Strip Steak, 1 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup Mashed Potatoes, 2 cups Kale Salad

8:00 PM: N2 Bulk Shake w/1 scoop N2 Matrix, 2 cups Almond Milk

Mood/Feeling:

Day started out great! This is the first weekend in a while that I have not had to carry the pager for work which is fucking nice! Granted the cash is nice, but my freedom is better lol! So I hit the gym for legs and my little girl came with daddy to the gym and watched a movie on the computer while I trained, then her and I had a nice breakfast at my buddy’s restaurant across the street from my gym, then went and bought her some new boots for school (Bearpaws…like Uggs but cheaper lol), then went to the park where I used to take her as a baby in the city we used to live in, then came home and enjoyed a nice afternoon at home on the coast…can’t get any better than that! My wife came home and we BBQ some steaks, hung out and had fun! Obviously my mood was pretty damn good today!

My strength is increasing, muscles are solid, and I am currently weighing in at 235 lbs. Lets just keep moving forward and not worry about too much at this point, Test Cyp and EQ doesn’t kick in really for another week or so…but feeling the Prop & Tbol I suppose!

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!
 
Extensions with those kind of weights are wrecking your knees bro...

Dude you take 180 up to 220 and then multiply that by a factor of 10. That is what the weight is on the back side of your patella. The weight bearing surface on the back side of your patella is roughly the size of a nickle.

Thats why leg extensions are bad bad bad for ALL knees. Besides that they really dont do much for anybody other then a lot of bad!

Interesting Zed...they have never bothered my knees before, although I usually put them first just to warm up the knees. I haven't gone that heavy in a while, you are right and I will back off of them...my knees already sound like potato chip bags when I walk up stairs...yeah, not good! MA your killing it still man. I'm not running anything near what you are I'm just on hella/katana but I got hit with lehargy in the afternoon as well I found that the mio energy water enhancer helps a lot it's no calories tastes good gives me a boost. Keep killing it man!
