That was 25 sets for legs, and they were shaking when I was done…my training partner looked like he was going to hurl lol! I was pretty damn stoked doing 455 lb squats for 8 reps…it felt good feeling that weight pushing down on me wanting to crush me…fuck that!!! I owned that bar and plates…nice and parallel, knees were wrapped, belted, with a good spot…but it was all Muscle!!! Then hitting those Leg Presses after…I need to find a way to add more weight…put people up on the sled!
Nutrition:

12:00 PM: 6 egg whites w/6 oz Ground Turkey and fresh veggies (zucchini, broccoli, tomato, onions), 2 cups mixed fruit (apples, bananas, berries, melon, grapes), and 3 Sweet Potato pancakes!!! A grand breakfast after a harsh leg training!!!
3:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter.
6:00 PM: 10 oz. Sirloin Strip Steak, 1 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup Mashed Potatoes, 2 cups Kale Salad
8:00 PM: N2 Bulk Shake w/1 scoop N2 Matrix, 2 cups Almond Milk
Mood/Feeling:
Day started out great! This is the first weekend in a while that I have not had to carry the pager for work which is fucking nice! Granted the cash is nice, but my freedom is better lol! So I hit the gym for legs and my little girl came with daddy to the gym and watched a movie on the computer while I trained, then her and I had a nice breakfast at my buddy’s restaurant across the street from my gym, then went and bought her some new boots for school (Bearpaws…like Uggs but cheaper lol), then went to the park where I used to take her as a baby in the city we used to live in, then came home and enjoyed a nice afternoon at home on the coast…can’t get any better than that! My wife came home and we BBQ some steaks, hung out and had fun! Obviously my mood was pretty damn good today!
My strength is increasing, muscles are solid, and I am currently weighing in at 235 lbs. Lets just keep moving forward and not worry about too much at this point, Test Cyp and EQ doesn’t kick in really for another week or so…but feeling the Prop & Tbol I suppose!
