75mg Proviron (8:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…25mg each)
60mg Tbol (8:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…20mg each)

Training:

OFF…scheduled one!!!

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8), slept in today which was nice!

1:30 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, and 1 Ezekiel muffin.

4:30 PM: 2 scoops Peanut Butter Crunch protein, 1 cup Almond Milk, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter, 1 apple

6:30 PM: 6 oz. Grass Fed Ground Round, 1 Whole Grain bun, 2 cups Kale Salad, ½ avocado, lettuce, tomatoe.

9:00 PM: N2 Bulk Shake (3 scoops), 1 scoop N2 Matrix, 10 oz. Almond Milk.

Mood/Feeling:

My day was awesome, spent quality time with my daughter and my wife when she got off work, went to the beach with some friends and family, came home and BBQ burgers and steaks, watched the 49ers kick the Lion’s ass, and ate food!!! Pretty much a great day to me! Legs are a bit sore from the training yesterday, and felt good just to relax.

I am feeling good, strong, full muscle bellies, that wellbeing feeling you get from being on cycle…the feeling of test! I am really enjoying the gear, it is legit for sure and still just starting the 4th week of the cycle. Fucking feels like the time is flying by and I should be doing more, so will hit chest and calves good tomorrow, need to do some cardio as well.

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

8:00 PM: 8 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice, ½ cup Black Beans, 2 tbsp. Salsa


Mood/Feeling:

Good day for a Monday…that I don’t have to work lol!!! Normal routine of taking my little angel to school, went to the gym to train chest and calves…and my tendon/ligament in my left elbow was bothering me quite a bit. For the training I started out slow and light, had to grit through some of the discomfort, tried different exercises to try and take it out of the equation…and had a pretty good chest workout overall…dumbells didn’t seem to bother it as much as barbell and Hammer Strength presses. Fucking pain is like a burning sensation right at the tip of the inside of my elbow. So ice and Ibuprofen, and went and picked up a compression sleeve for my elbow to see if it will help. This is what I grabbed, which was the only one they had that fit my arm lol. The clerk that was helping me was like “wish I had your problem”, thought that was kind of funny.

Still that Alpha Male feeling coming over me, when I was done with each set of DB presses, when I stood up from the bench and was holding the DB’s and staring at all the veins and muscles just ripping through the skin, wish I had a shot of that to post…it was sick, and motivating to me…progress!!! I will try and get my wife to take some good pictures the end of this week for 4 week progress photos.

Thanks BB and Rick, means a lot to have everyone following and keeping me honest, there are many here that motivate me so if I can return the favor awesome! Time to get ready to go take my girl to school and kill chest/calves...have to go and get a compression sleeve for my elbow today, either my tendon or ligament at my elbow inside is bugging me a bit...see if that will help it out.

my advice is drop the AI or lower you proviron dose.....this should help, some of my joints tend to flare up when running dht's and ai's, i just had to get wrist support for my right wrist just from 12.5 eod of aromsin to use for all my pushing movements and it def helped, but at 100mg ed you can afford to drop the dose a bit..try 75 and give it a few days and see how you respond

I will try that...I am currently taking 75 mg Proviron, and 25 mg Aromasin ED...I will start by dropping Aromasin by 12.5 mg, and I too have a sleeve for my elbow. The thing is that I felt something kind of tear weeks ago in that area performing behind the neck DB extensions for triceps using a 110 lb DB, so it has been bothering me ever since...none of my other joints hurt, they all feel really good as a matter of fact. I seem to not get the major sides form AI's that others get...or else I just don't seem to notice lol...maybe thinking it is just old age...NOT!!!

I will try that for a week, just don't want gyno to show its ugly face!
 
Incredible log. Great detail on food, supps, and training. Learning a thing (or ten) from this. Motivating to say the least for me to get back at it.
