Thanks Columbo...but I have a long way to go! Heading to the gym now for some arms...just pinned my Prop in my delt lol! The Prop I am using is phenomenal, no discomfort, no soreness, nothing! Although I do love the pain and feel on all of this...makes me feel fucking alive you know???
 
I will post my daily log later tonight, but just wanted to say my workout was awesome! Just went in and did Bi's/Tri's and what a pump! My shoulders, back, and chest are still all full and dense from hitting them this week, and finished off upper body today. Tomorrow morning will be legs...can't wait to see my training partners face once we get rolling...he won't be walking for days lol!

Arms

V-bar Pressdowns: (1x50@70), (1x40@80), (1x30@90), (1x20@100)
Smith Machine Close Grip Press: (4x10,8,8,6), 135/185/225/225)
Low Cable One Arm Kickbacks: (4x10, 20/30/40/45)
Tricep Extensions Machine: (4x10-12, 100/120/130/140)
Standing BB Curls: (4x10,8,8,6, 75/95/115/135)
Seated Low Cable Curls: (4x10, 120/130/135/140)
Concentration Curls: (4x10-12, 35/40/45/45)
Reverse Grip Straight Bar Curls: (3x10, 50/60/70)

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)…trained fasted @ 5 am

1:00 PM: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 2 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, 6oz Greek Yogurt, 2 scoop Rocky Road protein.

3:30 PM: 8 oz. Skirt Steak, 2 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup Mixed Green Salad with tomato & cucumber w/Olive Oil & Balsamic, ½ Avocado

7:00 PM: 6 oz. Grilled Fillet of Sole, small mixed green salad, 1 cup Steamed Veggies, 2 Oysters on the half shell.

9:00 PM: N2 Bulk shake

Mood/Feeling:

My day started out by pinning Prop and training arms…and it is Friday before a long weekend!!! I feeling pretty damn good! Energy level is up, everything is tightening up pretty good. Training went strong today, even with a pulled Tricep tendon…no excuses! Tomorrow is going to be leg day and we need to really kill it tomorrow!

I know I didn’t eat close enough to what I need, busy day with my parents coming to visit.

Tomorrow is legs!

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

You will be fine (fucked up, insecure, neurotic, & emotional)...my wifey taught me that one :D, mine had a rough week, didn't want to leave mommy and daddy, we spent the whole summer together as much as possible, and 1st Grade is a bit less fun than Kindergarten...mine says not enough play time lol! Congratulations bro!!! This is a milestone!!!
