3:30 PM: 8 oz. Skirt Steak, 2 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup Mixed Green Salad with tomato & cucumber w/Olive Oil & Balsamic, ½ Avocado
7:00 PM: 6 oz. Grilled Fillet of Sole, small mixed green salad, 1 cup Steamed Veggies, 2 Oysters on the half shell.
9:00 PM: N2 Bulk shake
Mood/Feeling:
My day started out by pinning Prop and training arms…and it is Friday before a long weekend!!! I feeling pretty damn good! Energy level is up, everything is tightening up pretty good. Training went strong today, even with a pulled Tricep tendon…no excuses! Tomorrow is going to be leg day and we need to really kill it tomorrow!
I know I didn’t eat close enough to what I need, busy day with my parents coming to visit.
Tomorrow is legs!
