Today was the first day of the cycle!!! Excitement, apprehension, giddy like a kid at Christmas who has waited to open his presents under the tree for a month (actually longer than that lol!). I am a fortunate man to have a wife who pins me, basically because she likes to feel she is a part of the whole thing and involved…so I show her and tell her everything I do.
So first thing this morning we loaded up the pins with all the beautiful gear and she pinned the Cyp and EQ into my right glute, then pinned the Prop into my right delt. Let me just say…it was so smooth! I actually asked if she had pinned me she was so gentle…she has not lost her touch after 5 years! I was a little apprehensive about the Prop, but same…smooth with NO discomfort what so ever! All went very well for Day #1.
It was my little girls first day back to school…1st grade, time is flying by! So I took her to school since my wife has to work at 7 am on Mondays, and then hit the gym afterwards. My day was quite busy due to running errands after the gym, picking up my girl from school, shopping for produce and incidentals for her back to school, her swim lessons, dinner, and I really tried to sit down and start my log, but my little girl had a rough first day back at school…missed mommy and daddy…so I read her a book for bedtime, and fell asleep with her lol. My meals suffered today, and I know I am going to have to make some modifications along the way. Now you probably noticed I stopped IF…well, just took a break from it to see how my body will react, but am not liking the bloated feeling in my belly from eating every 3 hours so may switch back!
