Incline DB Press: (4x10, 80/90/100/110)
Decline DB Press: (4x10, 80/90/100/120)
Incline DB Flyes: (4x10, 40/50/55/60)
Hammer Strength Dips: (4x10, 180/205/250/250)
Tricep Pressdowns: (4x10, 120/140/160/180)

8:30 AM: Ezekiel Cereal w/Almond Milk, 2 scoop Protein Shake

11:30 AM: Muscle Replenisher Post Workout Shake

2:30 PM: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Instant Organic Oats, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter,

5:00 PM: 6 oz. Tuna w/1 tbsp. Wasabi Mayo, 1 tbsp. Corn Chili, 2 Organic Sprouted Grain Tortillas

7:00 PM: 10 oz. Chicken, Kale Salad w/Olive Oil & Lemon

10:00 PM: Protein Shake (Casein w/Almond Milk)

Mood/Feeling:

Today was the first day of the cycle!!! Excitement, apprehension, giddy like a kid at Christmas who has waited to open his presents under the tree for a month (actually longer than that lol!). I am a fortunate man to have a wife who pins me, basically because she likes to feel she is a part of the whole thing and involved…so I show her and tell her everything I do.

So first thing this morning we loaded up the pins with all the beautiful gear and she pinned the Cyp and EQ into my right glute, then pinned the Prop into my right delt. Let me just say…it was so smooth! I actually asked if she had pinned me she was so gentle…she has not lost her touch after 5 years! I was a little apprehensive about the Prop, but same…smooth with NO discomfort what so ever! All went very well for Day #1.

It was my little girls first day back to school…1st grade, time is flying by! So I took her to school since my wife has to work at 7 am on Mondays, and then hit the gym afterwards. My day was quite busy due to running errands after the gym, picking up my girl from school, shopping for produce and incidentals for her back to school, her swim lessons, dinner, and I really tried to sit down and start my log, but my little girl had a rough first day back at school…missed mommy and daddy…so I read her a book for bedtime, and fell asleep with her lol. My meals suffered today, and I know I am going to have to make some modifications along the way. Now you probably noticed I stopped IF…well, just took a break from it to see how my body will react, but am not liking the bloated feeling in my belly from eating every 3 hours so may switch back!

6:30 AM: Muscle Replenisher Post-workout shake

9:30 AM: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 2 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, Nectarine

12:30 PM: 10 oz. Chicken Breast, 2 cups Brown Rice

3:30 PM: 6 oz. Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice

7:00 PM: 8 oz. Turkey Burger Patties, Kale Salad w/Olive Oil & Lemon

10:00 PM: Protein Shake (Casein w/Almond Milk)

Mood/Feeling:

Today was the first workout with my new training partner, had to show him the ropes a little bit. I didn’t want to intimidate him too much lol, so I kind of went about 80-90% on my weights and was showing him proper form and coaching him a bit. I felt really good, pretty strong, and kind of euphoric. Overall I felt great all day, was buried at work…but better to be busy than not at all.
 
Date: Wednesday, 8-29-12

Supplementation:

100mg Test Prop (morning), injected into left delt, painless…no discomfort
75mg Proviron (4:30 am/12:30 pm/8:30 pm…25mg each)
60mg Tbol (4:30 am/12:30 pm/8:30 pm…20mg each)

Training: Rest Day:

40 min treadmill @ 3.8 mph/4% incline
Abs: Ab Roll (4/15), Hanging Knee Ups (4/15), Rope Crunches (4/15 @ 150/170/190/200),
Decline Crunches (4/15)

Nutrition:

7:30 AM: Protein Shake & Banana

10:30 AM: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter

1:30 PM: 10 oz. Turkey Burger Patties, 2 cups Brown Rice

4:30 PM: 6 oz. Chicken Breast, 1 cup Brown Rice, 6 oz. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt w/1 scoop Rocky Road

7:30 PM: 6 oz. Skirt Steak, 8 spears Asparagus

Mood/Feeling:

This morning I was very sore from my back/bicep workout yesterday, and felt pretty
tired until I hit the gym…and my scoop of Craze. I am noticing some muscle fullness.

Thanks bro! Things will get better along the way progressively. Such as my nutrition...this week has sucked so far...as another bro on another forum pointed out...too many shakes! He is right, just been so busy this week with my little girl starting back to school that I just wanted to get something in my system.

My calves are strong...just wish they would fucking grow!!!

Yeah I try and limit my shakes to one in the morning, one post workout and one at bedtime, and get the rest of my protein from whole foods. I do have to throw in another one or two sometimes when I get so busy I can't eat like i want.

Routine is key tho bro!

I assume you are tracking cals correct? If so, I'm just curious where your caloric targets and macros are each day

Yes, more details are to follow Rick...the past three days of eating has suffered a bit I am completely aware of, which is why the shakes came more into play.

Also, I am back on IF as of last night which was another reason I was all screwed up lol...things are becoming much more clear and less stressful now and my routine is coming together. I am going to give the 16/8 IF protocol a good shot today, and if I need to I will drop it to 14/10 window to give myself an extra 2 hour feed window.

Don't ask me why I switched for 3 days, maybe just a subconscious reminder of why I do love IF so much and had to resort to my old ways for that brief reminder lol. I will post my daily stats later when in front of my computer tonight. I had my training partner take a couple photos of me...disappointing to say the least, but have to start from looking like crap to looking phenomenal right?
