3:00 PM: 6 whole eggs, 2 cups Brown Rice, 6 tbsp Mixed Nuts
5:00 PM: 6 oz. Skirt Steak, 1 cup Brown Rice, 2 cups Kale w/Olive Oil & Balsamic, ½ Avocado
7:00 PM: 8 oz. Tri Tip Roast, 1 cup Mixed Green Salad w/Cucumber & Tomato, 1 Corn on Cob, 6 oz. Greek Yogurt
Mood/Feeling: This morning I was feeling better, my training went really well, and my shoulders were fried when completed with the workout. I didn’t feel sluggish, had some really good energy all morning up until the feed time. The past 3 days weren’t right to me, so I went back to IF and it was like night and day! So I will fast for 16 hours (9 pm-1pm) and the feed for 8 hours (1pm-9pm). I need to up my food intake tomorrow, as I don’t believe I hit my target macros today…calculate them after this. I am trying to at least hit 4400 calories, and that will be lean gains of 1 lb. a week. I pinned my Cyp and EQ tonight…actually the wife…and preloaded my Prop for tomorrow morning before the gym. Again my muscle feel hard and dense, a nice pumped feeling all day, back was pretty sore from Wednesday’s workout which is good.
