Yes, more details are to follow Rick...the past three days of eating has suffered a bit I am completely aware of, which is why the shakes came more into play.

Also, I am back on IF as of last night which was another reason I was all screwed up lol...things are becoming much more clear and less stressful now and my routine is coming together. I am going to give the 16/8 IF protocol a good shot today, and if I need to I will drop it to 14/10 window to give myself an extra 2 hour feed window.

Don't ask me why I switched for 3 days, maybe just a subconscious reminder of why I do love IF so much and had to resort to my old ways for that brief reminder lol. I will post my daily stats later when in front of my computer tonight. I had my training partner take a couple photos of me...disappointing to say the least, but have to start from looking like crap to looking phenomenal right?

Sounds good man! I always feel like crap anytime I have to abandon IF for any length of time like when I'm on vacation or whatever. I'm usually sluggish, and feel like a bloated fat ass most of the time.

I'm sure your photos are great bro. You are too hard on yourself, but we are always our worst critics, aren't we?..lol :)

Yeah...exactly how I felt the past few days, and I kind of figured that was the reason...because coming to the end of my fast now and even though I am starving, my mood and energy levels are awesome and feel like I could kill anything in my way! Maybe should remain by myself until I eat huh?

No, the pictures are that bad lol! Lost my abs, and look like a bloated water buffalo! Lets see what next week will bring being back on IF lol!

Alright bros, I had my training partner take a few shots for me since I have not been able to have my wife take them...I am not happy with them, but hey have to start out looking like shyt before I look phenomenal right??? So these were taken today...like you said ugh!!!

I have a lot of work ahead of me!!!

250mg Test Cyp (evening)
300mg EQ (evening)…left glute (wife pinned, painless)
75mg Proviron (4:30 am/12:30 pm/8:30 pm…25mg each)
60mg Tbol (4:30 am/12:30 pm/8:30 pm…20mg each)

Training: Shoulders/Traps

Flex Machine Presses: (3x20, 120/150/180/210)
Hammer Strength Behind Neck Press: (4x10, 140/180/230/230)
Seated Side Laterals: (4x10, 30/35/40/45…25 drop set)
Lying Cable Upright Rows: (4x10, 100/120/130/140)
Bentover DB Rear Delts: (4x10, 35/40/45/50)
Ropes: (4xFAIL)
Hammer Strength Shrugs: (4x20,15,12,10, 180/270/360/450)

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)…trained fasted @ 5 am

1:00 PM: 10 egg whites/2 whole eggs, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, 6oz Greek Yogurt, 2 scoop Muscle Replenisher

3:00 PM: 6 whole eggs, 2 cups Brown Rice, 6 tbsp Mixed Nuts

5:00 PM: 6 oz. Skirt Steak, 1 cup Brown Rice, 2 cups Kale w/Olive Oil & Balsamic, ½ Avocado

7:00 PM: 8 oz. Tri Tip Roast, 1 cup Mixed Green Salad w/Cucumber & Tomato, 1 Corn on Cob, 6 oz. Greek Yogurt

Mood/Feeling: This morning I was feeling better, my training went really well, and my shoulders were fried when completed with the workout. I didn’t feel sluggish, had some really good energy all morning up until the feed time. The past 3 days weren’t right to me, so I went back to IF and it was like night and day! So I will fast for 16 hours (9 pm-1pm) and the feed for 8 hours (1pm-9pm). I need to up my food intake tomorrow, as I don’t believe I hit my target macros today…calculate them after this. I am trying to at least hit 4400 calories, and that will be lean gains of 1 lb. a week. I pinned my Cyp and EQ tonight…actually the wife…and preloaded my Prop for tomorrow morning before the gym. Again my muscle feel hard and dense, a nice pumped feeling all day, back was pretty sore from Wednesday’s workout which is good.
 
Glad you didnt pin your delts MA , them babies took some serious punishment at the gym brah ...

Diet looks great man, you are giving the machine exactly what it needs.

very good size on your chest and arms...back is well swollen too .
