Extensions: (4x20, 100/120/140/180)
Hack Squats (shoulder width stance): (2x12 & 3x10, 155/245/335/425/425)
Leg Press (feet together stance): (6x12, 645/735/825/915/1005/1095)
Seated Squats (wide stance): (4x10-12, 225/315/405/405)
Standing One-Leg Curls: (4x12, 35/40/45/50)
That was 23 sets for legs, and they were exhausted and so was I after we were done! My training partner followed same routine just lighter weight of course…he confessed this was his first real leg workout…he was counting Cross Fit as leg training…NOT!!!
Nutrition:
*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)…trained fasted @ 8 am (slept in today)
1:00 PM: Grilled Salmon Tacos (6 oz Wild Salmon, 4 corn tortillas, ¼ cup mango salsa, ¼ cup Guacamole, ¼ cup black beans, ¼ cup rice, ½ cup salad)
3:30 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 6oz Greek Yogurt.
6:00 PM: Sushi (24 pieces...2 cups brown rice, tuna, salmon, avocado)
8:30 PM: 6 oz Ground Round Burger, 1 Wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, 1 cup Kale Salad
Mood/Feeling:
Today was a great leg workout, my strength was good...seems to be picking up a bit. Feel more aggressive, more drive in the gym...but once I relaxed I was out! Still a great sense of wellbeing, more energetic, and pumped up lol! Tomorrow is a rest day and I am off to sleep now, planning on 40 minutes of treadmill work and some abs.
