Just getting prepared, getting it all set up for the week! I will fill this once a week, have everything scheduled to the exact hour, so no guess work, no mistakes!

Next is getting diet dialed in which I will work on this tonight and tomorrow...this shit is fun!!!

Bro where you get that pill box from? Walmart doesn't have shit!
 
Date: Saturday, 9-1-12

Supplements:

75mg Proviron (8:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…25mg each)
60mg Tbol (8:00 am/3:00 pm/10:00 pm…20mg each)

Training:

Legs

Extensions: (4x20, 100/120/140/180)
Hack Squats (shoulder width stance): (2x12 & 3x10, 155/245/335/425/425)
Leg Press (feet together stance): (6x12, 645/735/825/915/1005/1095)
Seated Squats (wide stance): (4x10-12, 225/315/405/405)
Standing One-Leg Curls: (4x12, 35/40/45/50)

That was 23 sets for legs, and they were exhausted and so was I after we were done! My training partner followed same routine just lighter weight of course…he confessed this was his first real leg workout…he was counting Cross Fit as leg training…NOT!!!

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8)…trained fasted @ 8 am (slept in today)

1:00 PM: Grilled Salmon Tacos (6 oz Wild Salmon, 4 corn tortillas, ¼ cup mango salsa, ¼ cup Guacamole, ¼ cup black beans, ¼ cup rice, ½ cup salad)

3:30 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 6oz Greek Yogurt.

6:00 PM: Sushi (24 pieces...2 cups brown rice, tuna, salmon, avocado)

8:30 PM: 6 oz Ground Round Burger, 1 Wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, 1 cup Kale Salad

Mood/Feeling:

Today was a great leg workout, my strength was good...seems to be picking up a bit. Feel more aggressive, more drive in the gym...but once I relaxed I was out! Still a great sense of wellbeing, more energetic, and pumped up lol! Tomorrow is a rest day and I am off to sleep now, planning on 40 minutes of treadmill work and some abs.

If I can improve, elaborate, give better details, and missing useful information please let me know!

That's what I am talking about!! Great workout. U are killing it my man. Keep it up for sure! Now I am more motivated to kill it myself!

Supplements:

100mg Test Prop (morning in delt)

Training:

OFF today…but something told me I should have went in and did something, but opted not to.

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8), slept in today which was nice!

1:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, 6oz Greek Yogurt, and 1 Ezekiel muffin…was very hungry!

3:00 PM: 6-8oz Ground Round, 1 whole grain bun, slice tomato & Arugula, 1 cup Chicken Salad w/breast meat, 1 corn on the cob, 1 chicken breast, ½ cup fruit (Pineapple, melon, berries)…was at my brother’s house visiting and he BBQ food and such.

4:00 PM: 2 scoops Rocky Road protein, 10 oz. Almond Milk, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter…to my dismay this would be the last thing I would eat for the remainder of the day…was called into work on an emergency water main break!!!

Mood/Feeling:

My day started out by pinning Prop and taking the day OFF the gym. It felt good to sleep in a bit with the wife considering it never EVER happens! She is working a later shift for the holiday weekend, and I am carrying the pager for my work…and got the dreaded call! At approximately 4:20 pm I got a call for a water main break at our Town Hall complex. That was when my fasting started lol as I had to work my ass off for the rest of the night and into the next morning until 10:20 am. During the evening hours I just basically drank coffee for the rest of the night and into the morning! Working for 18 hours straight and from day to night to day…messes with your head!

See at the top right of the picture where the water is spraying out from the mechanical sleeved tee...nice crack right there in the pipe! We tried to clamp it, modified clamps to make it work...no luck! Had to cut all the pipe out, install new valves, and pipe and tee...fun stuff!!!

Aside from all the excitement, I felt pretty damn good today! Energy levels are up, everything has tightened up pretty damn good. Feeling that Alpha Male feeling for sure lol! I can feel some aggression, and my sex drive is increasing two fold! This gear is definitely good and just finishing week #1 and feeling the way I do…I can’t wait for the coming weeks!!!

OFF today…was forced to basically take the day off due to working all night, no mas!!!

Nutrition:

*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8), except I fasted for 18 hours up until my feed.

11:00 AM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, and 6oz Greek Yogurt.

2:00 PM: ½ cup Ezekiel cereal, 2 scoops Rocky Road protein, 10oz Almond Milk.

7:30 PM: 3 slices of Combo Pizza (not what I wanted, but too tired to cook or make food), 2 scoops Rocky Road protein, 10 oz. Almond Milk.

Mood/Feeling:

My day started out working through the night! I came home and had the wife (while I was sleeping standing up) pin my Test Cyp and EQ…I did not feel a thing lol! This will be a short update due to I basically slept the rest of the day and night! I slept for 16 hours total, so there was my fasting again!!!
