how many carbs and what kind have you had since starting the carb up...
i think ive found that the less carbs ive had in my diet, the less it takes to fill out (guess my body is used to it?)...
and when my diet has been mid-high carbs, then after a few days with none i feel like i need more?... seems odd, but that seemed to work for me...
its such an individual process... lots of trial and error...
