I recently came across this site and what a wealth of knowledge it has...plan to learn alot here. Im starting tommorrow to lose a bit of weight while maintaining muscle mass. Im a tad over 6"4 and weigh 280. Ive been out of diet and exercise for about 2 years now and i wanna get back to where i once was. Not that im fat now but a little chubby around the midsection, but overall in good shape. My diet plan is gonna consist of hi pro, moderate fats and low carbs. I was just wondering should i take flax seed everyday and how much?(i have actual seeds not oil) And what time of day should i cut out carbs? and what are some good carbs for my last meal containg carbs? Im thinking sweet potato and maybe some brown basmati rice. anyways thnx for the replies and i look forward to learning alot more
