Start of my diet

Well im looking at starting a cutting diet. here is what i have so far. meal order is gonna need moved around. but here is the basic info.
Cals F C P
Chicken breast (7oz) 218 5 0 41
Chicken breast (7oz) 218 5 0 41
Chicken breast (7oz) 218 5 0 41
Rice brown (1cup) 216 2 45 5
Rice brown (1cup) 216 2 45 5
sweet potatoe (6oz) 95 0 22 2
Flaxseed oil (tsp) 120 14 0 0

Beef top sirloin (7oz) 397 15 0 60

Totals 2009 61 157 198

Total percentages (p/c/f) 42/30/29

yea i know those percentages dont add up to 100 but u know fitday :)

Im not sure on a meal breakdown or if the cals are appropriate. im 205 15 percent. i walk alot to classes and would throw in cardio at least 3x a week. likely 5x.

I'm really trying to dry up also, i retain water very easily and hate being cut and soft. Any tips I'd really appreciate

need more cals imo
 
Id like to maybe throw in a shake and some ANPB or something. i dont wanna start too high cals tho. Any advice would be appreciated
