Squats tonight. Finally feeling good again.

Well, as some of you may know, I injured my lower back twice within an approximately 3 month span. Well, during and since then, I guess I've been scared that I'd screw it up again. But I've been doing well. Couple weeks ago I did 4x5 at 205, then 215 a week later. This week went up to 225 for sets of 4. Impressive weight? No. (I only started doing squats this year ...) But it does feel good to squat again with no fear. I'm hoping to get it past 300 in the near future.

First time, about, I dunno, a few months ago ... kegs at work, then deadlifts soon after. Second time, probably a month or 2 ago, stiff legged deads. One bad rep is all it took. But, with some stretching and reverse hyperextensions, it seems like its back to normal. The stiff legged deads felt great tonight as well. Forgot to mention that.

YEAH!!! SQUATS RULE! :) I just did front squats this Monday.. first time I attempted squats in about FOUR YEARS... it was FABTABULOUS! :)

great to hear you feel better, just make sure you get your form just right,I would drop the weight a little and up the reps and really focus on the weight, plus get a good spotter..... Good luck and keep us posted on the progress
