Well, as some of you may know, I injured my lower back twice within an approximately 3 month span. Well, during and since then, I guess I've been scared that I'd screw it up again. But I've been doing well. Couple weeks ago I did 4x5 at 205, then 215 a week later. This week went up to 225 for sets of 4. Impressive weight? No. (I only started doing squats this year ...) But it does feel good to squat again with no fear. I'm hoping to get it past 300 in the near future.
