C cwschimpff New member Jul 6, 2011 #12 Just an update -- took a week and a half off from squats and deadlifts and did some extensive "corehab" to build up core strength. Did 4x4 heavy squats yesterday and 4x6 heavy deadlifts today with ZERO pain. Thanks again for all of the help!
