regarding WS training, is this split alright, i can only lift monday-friday so:
Monday - ME squat
Tuesday - ME bench
Wendsday - Plyo
Thursday - DE squat
Friday - DE bench
so is that alright, no overtraining or anything? I figure ill atleast give that a shot and see how i feel.
