Some bad cramping here!!!!

I have a problem with my hamstrings cramping up during my workouts. Dan Duchaine says that quinine sulfate will eliminate cramping. No clen or other diuretics. I drink 1 gallon of water consistently and have a good balance of calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium and still cramp up. I wil cramp up in the middle of the night in my calves as well. So I'm hoping that quinine sulfate will help. Any personal experiences? I pulled my hamstring as a result of this cramping and I do not want it to happen again.

Same thing happened to me with my calves. Whenever I was sleeping they would cramp and tighten up. It was always hard to walk upon wakening. My calves felt like they needed stretched 24/7. I too was getting plenty of water and sodium. It subsided after about a month.
 
Happens to me in the arch of my foot and calvs only when I'm on. Always seems to happen during sex. She kinda freaks out when I make that face.lol
 
I get awful cramping when I do DNP... bad bad bad... I've had my entire pec sieze up... quads... hamstrings... ingers... etc...

I've found that taking two multi mineral caps a day controls it.

You mean it is crap?

Glycerol huh? I think I took that the same day I pulled my hamstring and the night before.

I need some info on the quinine sulfate!!!!
