I'm 21, 200 lbs 25% bodyfat.. My current goal is to bulk up as much as possible for 6 months, and then the last 3 months before I move to Hawaii cut down to hopefully about 180 with 6-10% bodyfat.
I have so many supplements and I hear all kinds of ways to combine them.. What do you think? I have the following;
Test boosters (2 in morning 2 at 3pm)
Fish oil (2 in morning)
Multivitamin (1 a day)
ZMA (3 before bed)
And what I'm not sure the beat time to take is:
Creatine
Whey protein
Glutamine
Amino pills
