So many pills!! What should I take and when?

I'm 21, 200 lbs 25% bodyfat.. My current goal is to bulk up as much as possible for 6 months, and then the last 3 months before I move to Hawaii cut down to hopefully about 180 with 6-10% bodyfat.
I have so many supplements and I hear all kinds of ways to combine them.. What do you think? I have the following;
Test boosters (2 in morning 2 at 3pm)
Fish oil (2 in morning)
Multivitamin (1 a day)
ZMA (3 before bed)
And what I'm not sure the beat time to take is:
Creatine
Whey protein
Glutamine
Amino pills
 
Creatine: upon waking up on non- training days, or pre workout (I use it during as well)

Whey protein: between meals, post workout (I have a post workout shake with carbs, whey protein and glutamine)

Glutamine: around Ur workouts and first thing in morning

Amino acids: before and during workout. I also take BCAAs first thing in the morning with some glutamine to get my body in an anabolic state, they absorb the fastest.

Not trying to be mean, but u are way too fat to be bulking, but at 200lbs 25% bf u must be skinny fat?. Cut down to under 15-12% and then bulk from there, be much easier to gauge that way if ur adding mainly muscle or fat.

Not trying to be mean, but u are way too fat to be bulking, but at 200lbs 25% bf u must be skinny fat?. Cut down to under 15-12% and then bulk from there, be much easier to gauge that way if ur adding mainly muscle or fat.

Im really not that fat, I can see a faint outline of my abs and have pretty cut arms and legs, but I also have about 8 lbs of gynecomostia which I have a surgery scheduled for sep 12th :)

Find out ur actual bf first and post up. Cause I'm telling u now there is no way in hell u are "cut" in any way if ur 25% bf

Just guessing on that.. The past month since I started working out I was 200-215 depending and now I
195-203. Nd I wouldn't say I'm cut, I bet I could drop 15 lbs but imma build up muscle mass for another 6 months then cut down hard for 3..
 
Yeah 25% and 15% bf is a huge change lol.

And then sayin gonna get down from 25% to 6% in 6-9mo... i had a triple take when i saw bulk first though, lmao.

Ya 25% was a guess on my part... Didn't actually set in that that would mean I actually have 50 lbs of fat on me and no way Jose haha.. With 15% bf 6ft 200 lbs would you guys say it would be better to bulk or cut first? Same end result in same amount of time or would it be better to cut or bulk first

Yeh I would say ur 20-22% for sure, cut first u can't really afford to add more fat
 
Shit bro, I would have suggested dropping your bf down to 10-12% before the surgery, see what is actually bodyfat that could be burned, or what will be lypoed. Good luck, but need to put more effort into your training and nutrition!
 
Get one of these and fill it up once a week...no confusion on what and when to take!

Thats a good pill organizer MA. Mine is about half the size of that and I had to hand mark it w/ a sharpie. Where'd u find it?

June so I got plenty of time.. I remember when I started wrestling I lost a good 20 lbs in a month, which is all I really have to loose.. Obviously I can't push myself to workout like I did then lol there were days I was in tears for conditioning.. But ya I was starting to think that I should cut down to at least 190 for now

Honestly I work my ass of as much as possible and have a solid diet, just want results NOW ahaha.. Believe me I wish I could go lift or even ride my bike today but my body says NOO not today lol
 
I agree w most on here. If u r moving to hawaii. I would go lean and mean lol. Not bulked up. You need to find out what your mbr is and get on a high protein low carb low fat diet that is atleast 750 cals deficient of your bmr. Add in a high intensity low interval workouts. At 6' you should b a leaned out 180lbs. Im 6'2" 202 and 13% bf and i look solid and lean. Im in offseason mod as im an athlete so i took a break since i injured my elbow playing so im usually more like 208 w 10% bf. after you get your diet and excer on point and build a solid shredded base the. Think about adding pounds. Becuz then u will know its true muscle pounds not just useless bulk. In my humble opinion.

Pretty much what I've been doin, besides the carbs.. I believe that even if your loosing weight you need a fair amount of carbs or else you workouts are less effective cause there is less immediate energy available to your muscles (carbs) I do however eat a lot fewer carbs on non training days

So being like 700-1000 neg a day just that would net 1lb fat loss per week then add in ur burning cals while working out so fig on atleast 2lbs a week doing that. And carbing up before workouts is fine cause you are going to burn it off lifting just make sure your other meals are strict on the fat/carb content.

How do I contact Dylan? And ya I've changes my workout to circuits and cardio only and I only eat carbs preworkout, I talked to my surgeon and both decides it would be best for me to loose 10-20 lbs before the gyno surgery to minimize need for lipo

Honestly if you lose 10-20 lbs of fat before surgery you may not even need it. Just get the diet in check and cals to burn fat work your ass off in the gym as im sure you do and you ahould see amazing results

I scheduled it for October 25th, I should be able to cut 15 lbs by then easy.. And I will need the surgery even if I lost 50 lbs I still had them when I wrestled 171s 4 years ago in high school, actually looked worse then cause they were super defined :/
