Sled Dimensions

There is an article over at Elite Ftiness System's site about GPP. The author says he does something like 6 200ft drags at a park. he does the in various positions like bent over, backwards, doing front raises, tricep extensions, static holds in bench like positions. It sounds like variety is the key. I will post a link to the article when I get time.

yes,i found that article on EFS yesterday....by ed youngs
not really sure about the front raises??
there must be a lower and an upper body harness to use.
can't look any weirder than me cutting my lawn in strength shoes with a 40lb. weight vest on.

sled dragging

there is not an upper body harness. for pics of the front raise dragging go to http://www.t-mag.com and search for drag your butt into shape. there are pictures of the different drags as well as an explanation. you should never run with the sled.

thanks for the link.

on the front raises and extensions while dragging....do you hold your arms up in a front raise lockout position the entire drag (not lowering them) ?? or

do you start at the bottom, raise as you walk, then stop, lower and repeat ??

i couldn't figure that out from the article

thanks for the help fellas
