i liked that dress because i can wear a sweater or jacket over it, or a turtleneck under it maybe. I have thick arms, so i want to make sure it has some stretch to it.

Excellent choice! Like Vixenbabe said you can dress it up or down and always feel that you are "appropriate"/very versatile.... I can't wait to see pics!!!

If you had asked me this question 10 years ago I would have said 'Ew, skirts?', but now I say 'YEAH BABY!' I love em! They are easier than wearing jeans, imo.
