Sipping on during workout

I sip on a creatine glutamine and taurine drink (grape) by twin lab. Its called fizz fuel. I was curious if this is a good thing to be doing while i work out. If not.. what is soemhting better to sip on? By the way when i am done with this half way through workout i drink water.

me personally...i would use it post workout

heres what I do

30 min prior workout= 1 scoop whey
durring workout= 2-3 liters water
imediatly after workout= 1 scoop Dorian Yates Pro GF
10-15 min later= 2 scoops whey/casien mix
1 hour later= full meal
 
well i use 5g creatine in my post workout protein drink also. But this Twin lab fizz fuel tastesa so good lol.. i need to put it in my day soemwhere
 
yeah, the creatine in the fizz fuel might be junk
most creatine studies show it only last about 1 hour in liquid
 
its actually pretty good
i have to take it separate from my regular protien though, i mixed em once and it was foul
so far i like it, i feel like my muscels are fuller than with others that i have taken. I am thinking of trying to make it on my own, up the dossage some.
or I will bite the bullet and just take two scoops instead of the recomended one
