I currently play division III lacrosse. Every now and then when I body check someone, or when they check me - my shoulder almost seems to "pop". It is very painful and requires much stretching to relieve the pain. The pain mildly persists for about 2-3 days after the occurance. This occurs rather often. Should i been concerned about this?
