Hi.
I will never bulk again !!!!!! yeah, I gained some muscle along with my fat gain. especially the lower body. I want to get back to my weight of 125-130. right now I am 140 lbs.
I have recently for the 1st. time in over a year, incorporated cardio every other day in my program of lifting. I do either a aerobics class, or cycling for 35-40 minutes.
But of course I have 3 questions ?
Don't want to lose too much muscle ? how much cardio is too much ?
I still want the hard, full look to my muscles.
Should I alter my weights ? I still lift heavy: Is that the way to go ?
Finally, should I alter my eating ? keep up with the protein, lower carbs ?
