1 x 8/140 - 1 x 8/35lb plate - these hurt my working knee - uncomfortable feeling with tendon/joint - so dropped down and increased TUT to a 1 second hold at the contraction

stiff Deadlifts With Seated Leg Curls

used the horizontal sled. we don't have a sitting leg press machine in our gym.
