yo, shadow. on the shoulder routine, you have machine press with wide grip listed twice. I'm guessing this is a typo.

I'm leaving for the gym in 10 minutes, so go to page 7 and check to make sure I'm reading it right, please. ;)

3 egg whites
2 Whole eggs
a little less that 1/4 cup dry oats (or 3/4 of 1/4 cup. )
2 cups green beans
water



Meal Two
2 tbsp pb
1 glucorell


Meal Three
2tbsp pb
1 glucorell
water


Meal Four
3 oz chicken breast
2 cups green beans
water

Meal Five
40 grams casein/whey protein mix(BSN Cinnamon Roll) in water
1 glucorell
50g strawberries
water


Meal Six
Extended release shake 40 grams of Casein/whey protein (BSN Lean Dessert - Cinnamon Roll) in water + 1 tbsp flax seed oil
1 PureCEE
2 Glucorell

AM CARDIO = HIIT

11 cycles - 1 minute high/1 low - part of this was used in adjusting the ramp and speed = 20 minutes.

5 minute warmup and 4 minute cool down.

Seated Db Presses with Lateral Raises - 4 Sets Of 6-8(4 Tut)
1 x 8/30lb dbs - 1 x 8/20lb dbs
1 x 8/35lb dbs - 1 x 8/20lb dbs
1 x 8/40lb dbs - 1 x 6/20lb dbs
1 x 6/45lb dbs - 1 x 6/20lb dbs

Followed By 3 Sets Of Seated Machine Press - WIIIDDEEE GRIP 10-12 reps(4TUT)
1 x 12/50
2 x 10/60

...and I did front raises with a 25lb plate. 5TUT

I love my gym. :rainbow: lol I know it makes me kinda :nerd: to say it, but I do.

There were a bunch of young, skinny teenagers in there tonight trying to impress each other on the bench press. L-O-L! It got out of hand - they were putting too many plates on the bar and I could see a train wreck coming. Jeff stepped in and scared the crap out of them. :D

He told them to drop the weight or get the hell out of the gym. :evil: "..but we were trying to do our max!" snivel-snivel. Jeff said "I think you've reached your max tonight. Put the plates away and get out." ...and they did. lololol

I'm glad he did it. Someone would have gotten hurt. They were loading 250 lbs on the bar and dropping it onto the chest of whoever was on the bench. holy :cow: . dumb.

You don't know how many times I've wanted to tell people in the gym to just get the fuck out.
My tolerance can be quite low for stuff like that, especially if it's screwing with my concentration.

I bet they never screw around again like that.....so it was probably a good lesson for them.

I am a people watcher, I'd have a bitch of a time concentrating in a large gym. lol Hotties walking around, idiots squating on swiss balls, big guys thinking they are all that. It would be all to hilarious. :-p

at least not while we're there. lol

It was really dangerous. I know I can bench more than most of them that were there - and I can't really bench all that much. It was way too much weight with no warmup and no one who knew how to spot.
 
yep.....that should have been on there ONCE....I copied/pasted and changed the order and forgot to delete the other one.

That was cool of Jeff to step in like that, cuz like you said - one of them could have really hurt themselves.....

we're fun. :)

Our workouts keep getting longer and longer because we spend the first and lat 1/2 hour visiting with friends. lol We're gym rats, so our social life basically revolves around our workouts.

I know I've talked about Evan before. I really like him. That's who we spend most of our time talking to at the gym. On Sunday, we're all going to see 300!
