to say it, but I do.
There were a bunch of young, skinny teenagers in there tonight trying to impress each other on the bench press. L-O-L! It got out of hand - they were putting too many plates on the bar and I could see a train wreck coming. Jeff stepped in and scared the crap out of them.
He told them to drop the weight or get the hell out of the gym.
"..but we were trying to do our max!" snivel-snivel. Jeff said "I think you've reached your max tonight. Put the plates away and get out." ...and they did. lololol
I'm glad he did it. Someone would have gotten hurt. They were loading 250 lbs on the bar and dropping it onto the chest of whoever was on the bench. holy
