I thought I'd show you my beginning stats compared to my current. I've lost 14 pounds.

Height = 5'1"
Weight - 154 lbs
BF = 12 ish

Measurements:

Neck = 14.25
Chest above boobs = 35
Chest & boobs = 38
biceps = 13.5
waist = 29
hips = 37
thighs = 24
calves = 15.25

Height = 5'1"
Weight - 140 lbs
BF = 8 ish

Well, if I get my move to Cali this spring... who knows. I gots a few peeps in Phx I want to catch up with!

Something I would be interested to see -- on your front most muscular w/ the inverted prayer hands - if you do your front lat, keep everything the same but move your arms to the most muscular pose, are you able to keep the same shoulder wide / span that you had w/ the front lat? Its a little bit also of a focus & flex of your chest on the most muscular changing from the front lat - but just wondered.
 
TSO - Keep in mind that the most muscular is not a mandatory pose.....you can certainly add it if you wish but you dont want to hide the abs.


There is a version with the hands on the hips...that automatically gets the delts flexed as well as hides the lats a bit

I know. I just liked that one. lol If you want me to do something else, that's OK, too. I know what you're talking about with the mm pose w/hands on back/side of thighs.

BTW I'm NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT saying there's anything wrong w/ it- when you line up the pix & compare I want to see if its just the pose or what on the width of your shoulders. The most muscular is NOT a wide pose but the proportion changes relative to your lower body so I'm just exploring something here.

I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I have been sick, tho. :( Swollen tonsils and 2 infected ears. wtf?? It's been teh suck. I'm on my thrid round of penicillin shots today. Left tonsil is still swollen, but ears are feeling a bit better. I did cardio on Friday morning and felt like I wanted to die. lol Went to the Doc and then went home to bed for 2 days with a uber sore throat/ears and a bad cough.

I'm feeling better today, so am going to the gym to do the cario I was supposed to do yesterday. I should probably also do the workout I missed Friday night - but will see how I feel when I get there.

Sorry, Shadow. I feel shitty for missing a workout. I'll make up the cardio today for sure.

I've been drinking A LOT now for a few weeks - Saturday I slept most of the day and didn't get the full amount in - wow. I can't believe how dehydrated I felt and I still managed to get a gallon down.

holy :cow: , I was hungry. Too many skipped meals, but I needed the sleep. The meal at Chili's was EXCELLENT, and I came home and went to bed. Slept like a rock. Very little coughing.
 
Wow, I just noticed the clen at 200mcg's. How bad are the sides at that dosage? I am shaking like a leaf on a tree at 40mcgs!

I worked up to this VERY slowly. I've been on it for...a month? maybe a little longer. I barey feel it now. Very little shaking, and I can sleep after taking it. (see Friday & Saturday. lol)

Be careful. I am sure it is better if you miss 1-2 workouts while your body recovers then workout extra hard through the illness and relapse and miss a whole week.

I feel SO MUCH better today. I can't believe it. I needed the rest.
 
Good for you! :) Being sick sucks. Antibiotics are so awesome .....

But still be careful - with the level of stress you are under (tough workouts) and dieting - you can be a relapse waiting to happen. A lot of people get sick at the end of a contest prep. :worried:

as you can see by my numbers, still not feeling 100%. I went early to my PM workout (about 4:30) and then came home and went to bed. We stayed a day later than planned in Prescott. had to load a bunch of our furniture and hosuehold stuff to take back to Sierra Vista.

I got a new TV (a flat one!) for my birthday. Well, Jeff and I bought one for ourselves for our birthdays. (His b-day is on March 17. 3 people in this family and we're all Pisces.) I couldn't watch my new tv, tho - because the Dish Network people haven't shown up yet to reset my dish. It looks damn good in the box, tho.

oh, yeah.

It's a blessing most of the time. We all think alike and have the same penchant for big pipe dreams and such, but sensitivity runs pretty high in this house.

Our Chinese Zodiac signs are (me = oxen, jeff = rooster, mitch = dragon). If you believe in that sort of thing, we're all pretty compatible. ;)

Shadow said approx 138. I am so within that approximation. :D
